The first step in all design is to evaluate the space. We will walk through the space and learn about you. We will take measurements and photos. Discussing your design preferences and wishes is a key part of this visit. We will determine your budget and timeline.

This is the start of the creative design process. We will create a design deck that will cover every aspect of the design. This will include a to scale rendering of your space.

Once the concept is reviewed, the collaborative process begins. We will work together to finalize all the details of the design. We'll refine the layouts and the design deck. We will determine all finishes and materials needed.

Once the final design is determined, we will create a sourcing guide with all needed items for implementation. We will order and maintain control of all needed items. Construction estimates are obtained and schedules are finalized. Permits are obtained.

We will meet with and advise the contractors and subcontractors on all the design elements. We will work as a liaison to the project manager.

Once the project is complete, we will visit the site to inspect all aspects of the final work. We will work with the contractors as needed to insure 100% satisfaction.
